Tessi
A breath of fresh air
to dying old lungs
A lock of new hair
where gray has begun
A much needed rest
a longed for respite
A fresh morning star
where never was light
A layer of dew
that blankets parched grass
A cool drink of water
where thirst had held fast
A journey begun
a gasp of new life
An essence of peace
where only was strife
Descriptions found lacking
to visions of thee
The wind in my ear
whispers, Tessi
